Rose Danos Toups, 71, a native of Golden Meadow and a resident of Cut Off, died 
at 12:56 a.m. Friday, Aug. 27, 2010.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic 
Church in Cut Off. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with 
burial at St. Joseph Cemetery in Galliano.

She is survived by three sons, Randy Toups, Manuel "T-Man" Toups and Larkie 
"Grabon" Toups; two daughters, Pauline Plaisance and Audrey Gaspard and husband, 
Murry; one brother, Toby Arceneaux; three sisters, Clara Ledet, Elizabeth Borne 
and Ramona Forbes; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph "Boy" Toups; her parents, 
Pierre and Clara Gisclair Danos; one granddaughter, Cera Toups; and three 
sisters, Joyce Plaisance, Audrey Mae Arceneaux and Barbara Danos.

She was Catholic.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
