Wolfe, 69, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Houma, died Friday, Aug. 13, 2010. Visitation will be from 8 to 9:45 a.m. today at Living Word Church, 109 Valhi Blvd. in Houma. Service will be held at 10 a.m. today at the church, with interment in Southdown Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, David Wolfe Sr.; her mother, Maggie Arceneaux; one son, Matt Earl Thomas and wife, Sharon; one stepson, David Wolfe Jr.; one adopted daughter, Courtney Butler; four brothers, Nolan Jr., Clarence, Freddie Williams and Bruce Pierce; one sister, Joyce P. Johnson; two devoted nieces, Monique J. Neal and Reba Smith; one devoted sister-in-law, Aver Francois; three sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by one son, Otis Thomas Jr.; her father, Nolan Williams Sr.; one brother, Charles Williams; one grandson, Otis Anthony; and her mother-in-law, Mildred W. Wolfe. She was a devoted loving wife, daughter and sister. She was a retired TARC bus driver. She was a member of Living Word Church. She loved baking for her grandchildren. She touched many lives.
