A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off, with burial in Sacred Heart Catholic Church cemetery in Cut Off. She is survived by her brother, John Richeaux of Larose; and by many generations of loving nieces and nephews and their families in both Louisiana and in Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Bailey of Houston; parents, Eva Marie and Elson Richoux; sisters, Gladys Pollock and Mable Tucker of Houston, Texas, and Elenore Richoux of Cut Off; and brothers, Evans "Vin" Richoux, Ernest Richoux, Steve Richoux and Clarence Richeaux, all of Louisiana. "Blackie," as she was fondly known to her family and friends, was a devoted and caring daughter, sister and aunt to many. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She will be remembered by her many devoted friends in the south Lafourche area. The family would like to thank Broadway Assisted Living Facility for their loving care and companionship in her final years.
