Brownia LaRose Bergeron, 78, a resident of Labadieville, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 
2013.

Visitation will be at noon Wednesday at St. Philomena Catholic Church in 
Labadieville. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

She is survived by her husband, Alvin J. Bergeron Sr.; her daughter, Patrice 
Bergeron Shavor; her son, Alvin J. Bergeron Jr. and wife, Lydia Bergeron; three 
grandchildren, Tania L. Shavor, Becky Bergeron, Rusty Bergeron; and two great-
grandchildren, Elijah and Madeline Boudreaux.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lezima Larose of Labadieville.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
