Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Louise Bonvillain; daughter, Charlotte Bonvillain Ayo; stepdaughter, Anne Zeringue and husband, Kenneth; stepson, Kenneth Jacobs Sr.; granddaughter, Shelly Cunningham LaBouve and husband, Jeremiah; step- grandchildren, Jessica O'Quinn and husband, Chad, Jeremy Zeringue, Karli Jacobs and Kenneth Jacobs Jr.; and great-grandchildren, Carter and Jacen LaBouve. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest Ellis and Mary Magdelan Pitre Bonvillain; brothers, Irvin, Columbus Joseph, Donald, Wilbert, Hayes, Paul and Reuben Bonvillain; and two sisters, Mary Magdelan LeBouef and Dorothy May Breaux. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He owned Bonvillain Associates Insurance Company. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a volunteer firefighter for the East Park Fire Department. Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. ======================
