Kenneth R. "Kenny B." Broughton, 57, a native of Brooklyn, N.Y., and a resident 
of River Ridge, died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Friday at St. Luke Catholic 
Church in Thibodaux. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church. 

Burial will be private.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Owens Broughton of River Ridge; two sons, 
Tremayne Broughton of San Diego, Calif., and Preston Broughton of Millersville, 
Ga.; one stepdaughter, Autumn Owens of Thibodaux; and mother-in-law, Grace 
Owens of Thibodaux.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver and Ruth Broughton; and two 
brothers, Michael and Rapheal Broughton.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
