Deloris Francois Castle, a native and resident of Houma, died at 12:45 a.m. 
Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at New St. John 
Baptist Church in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Halfway Cemetery in Gray.

She is survived by a niece, Brandi Sims Thompson of Houma; two brothers, Benny 
Francois Jr., and Oliver Francois of Houma; and one sister, Rosalie Francois 
Myles of Houma.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dyis Byrd Castle; her parents, Benny 
Francois and Olivia Jones Francois; a brother, Wilbert Francois; and four 
sisters, Agnes Francois, Mary Sims, Earthe Mithe and Gloria Francois.

Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City is in charge of arrangements.
