Jeffrey T. "Jeff" Cheramie, 71, a native and resident of Larose, died Wednesday 
Jan. 9, 2013.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut 
Off. Visitation will also be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at the 
funeral home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral 
home, with 

burial in Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery.

He is survived by his sons, Thomas Cheramie, Lonny Cheramie and wife, Amanda, 
Jason Cheramie and Ryan Cheramie; daughters, Cheryl Pickett and husband, Phil, 
Sharon Guillory and husband, Ricky, Vanessa Moreau and husband, Allen, and Jada 
Cheramie; brother, Errol Cheramie; and 17 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Norris Jr. and Elda Gautreaux 
Cheramie; and a brother, Larry Cheramie.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
