Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Household of Faith Family Worship Church in New Orleans. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Providence Memorial Park Cemetery in Metairie. She is survived by her husband, Joseph "Freddie" Davis Sr.; two sons, Derrick and Joseph Davis Jr.; one daughter, Lakeisha (Chase) Mason; sisters, Masarah (Richard) Saizan, Jacqueline Lewis, Deborah (Robert) Garner, and Veronica (Stewart) Brass; eight grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel McDaniel and John Simmons; one sister, Sylvia L. Jones; and four brothers, Ricky, Jerry and Terry Lewis, and Allvin White. Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Napoleonville is in charge of arrangements. ======================
