Melissa Marie Domangue, 50, a native of Houma and a resident of Gray, died at 
6:40 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013.

Visitation was from 9 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at St. Bernadette 
Soubirous Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial was at 11 a.m. Tuesday at 
the church, 

with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.

She is survived by her sisters, Lou Comeaux and husband, Danny, of Houma, Vera 
Moore and husband, Johnny, of Houma, Robin Large and husband, Steve, of Gray, 
and Penny Henry and husband, Melvin, of Gray; brothers, Robert Domangue Jr. of 
Houma, Chris Domangue and wife, Joni, of Gray, and Jesse Schouten and wife, 
Claudia, of Holland; brother-in-law, Minus Henry; sister-in-law, Evelyn 
Ellender; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Peter Domangue Sr. and Cecelia 
Bergeron Domangue; grandparents, Bebe and Agnes Domangue, and Milton and Luzon 
Bergeron; brother, Barry Domangue Sr.; sister, Brenda C. Henry; nephew, Michael 
J. Domangue; and niece, Carla L. Moore.

She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.

She will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
