Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Vacherie. A Mass of Christian burial will be at noon Wednesday at the church, with burial in Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church cemetery in Vacherie. She is survived by 11 children and their spouses, Daniel and Pat Folse, Sylvia and Roy Borne, Alfred and Dolores Folse, Stanley and Judy Folse, Evelyn and Greg Wood, Agnes and Donald Rodrigue, Katherine and K.J. Rodrigue, Jeanne and Anthony Waguespack, Helen and Dale Waguespack, Nathan and Andrea Folse, and Francis and Veronica Folse; 29 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; four step-great-great- grandchildren; and her sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Humphries and Johnny, and Emma Schexnayder and Oswald; her sisters-in-law, Rosenatti Marse and Doris Marse; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Daniel Reid Folse Sr; her great-grandson, Lorne Schexnayder Jr.; parents, Agnes Brock and Arto Marse Sr.; brothers, Jean Marse Sr. (her twin), Lester Marse, Arto Marse Jr., Pershing Marse; and her beloved sister, Elvige Gravois. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Vacherie, a member of the Catholic Daughters and a member of the Perpetual Adoration Chapel. She was a truly devoted homemaker with a beauty of character and personality that endeared all who came in contact with her. She was highly regarded as a role model mother, grandmother and very special Tante Jeanne, who always showed love, kindness and genuine interest in everyone.
