Gaubert; mother, Mary Rose Borne; sons, Mark (Jeannie Thibodeaux) Gaubert and Matt (Jen) Gaubert; daughters, Michele "MeMe" (Brent) Boudreaux, Melissa "Missy" (Jay) Hebert, and Melanie "Mel" (Thurman) Hallum; grandchildren, Amber Hebert, Gabriele Boudreaux, Maddy Gaubert, and Molly, Emma, and Charlie Hallum; sisters, Linda (Benny Louviere) Dieck and Cindy (Pete) Lopinto; two brothers in law, Gerry Gaubert and Lee (Rose) Gaubert: one sister in law, Jeanie Farris; godchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and lots of friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Olden J. Borne; in-laws Herc and Mae M. Gaubert; and son, Michael "Jr." Gaubert. Sandra married the love of her life 47 years ago. She had six children and six grandchildren whom she loved dearly. She was a peacemaker and could always make things better. She was beautiful inside and out, tender hearted, and shared her love with all. She always had a beautiful smile. Her family was her life and always number one. She dropped everything to be with her family when needed. She was always at her grandchildren's functions and enjoyed being there. Sandra was there to help family, friends, and all who needed her. She loved everyone and was loved by so many. Sandra was an awesome cook. She truly enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. Her cooking and hospitality will be dearly missed by all. Sandra was a big Saints fan. When the Saints would make a touchdown or field goal she would holler "WHO DAT" and make her horn go off in her van. "Honk Honk." She has lots of neighbors honking now. Mom, we will make sure we continue honking. She also loved to watch LSU. Sandra was in Tops Louisiana Group No. 0370. She loved this group, they were like her second family. She loved going to the casino and often looked forward to the casino bus trips with them. Thanks to all in the group for being her friend and family. Even though she was beautiful inside and out, she always had her hair, nails, and makeup done. She always looked forward to her hair appointment on Fridays. She will be missed by so many people, her husband, children, grandchildren, family, and friends. She is gone, but will never be forgotten. Thibodaux Funeral Home in Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements. ======================
