Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2013/f1301.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Eula Mae "Aunt Mae" Hebert, 91, a native of Houma and a resident of Lafayette, died at 7:05 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Friday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Mass will be at noon Friday at the church, with burial in Bayou Black Cemetery. She is survived by her sister, Helen Michel; a sister-in-law, Polly Hebert; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Louise Olivier Hebert; one brother, Loney Joseph Hebert; and two sisters, Hazel Bourgeois and Juanita Hebert. She was a skilled seamstress. She will be remembered for her rabbits and baby blankets. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Magnolia Estates and the staff at Regional Medical Center in Lafayette for their excellent care of Miss Eula. Also, thanks go to her many friends who visited her; it meant a lot to her. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
