Barbara J. Jacquot, 72, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Tuesday, Jan. 
8, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time today at Allen Chapel United 
Methodist Church in Thibodaux. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at the 
church, 

with burial in Allen Chapel United Methodist Church cemetery in Thibodaux.

She is survived by three daughters, Gisele Bates (Michael) of New Orleans, 
Vonda Colbert (Zachary) of Thibodaux, and Twyler Jacquot of Atlanta; three 
sons, Roynel Jacquot and Troy Jacquot, of Thibodaux, and Shawn Jacquot of Ft. 
Lauderdale, Fla.; two brothers, James Rhodes of Arizona, and Russell Rhodes of 
Harvey; two sisters, Linda Rhodes and Jean Atlo, of New Orleans; two 
stepsisters, Laura Young of Raceland, and Octavia Jenkins of Thibodaux; 13 
grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gussie and Pierre Jacquot; one 
daughter, Rosanne Bryant; and two brothers, Robert Jacquot and Donald Rhodes.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
