Symentrus Lyons Lee, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Oakland, 
Calif., died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at Sunset View Mortuary in El 
Cerrito, Calif., 

with burial in Sunset View Cemetery.

She is survived by one brother, Frank Lyons of Los Angeles, Calif.; and three 
sisters, Bessie L. Johnson of Hercules, Calif., Marietta L. (George) Simpson of 
Fairfield, Calif., and Geraldine L. (Purnell) Lagarde of Houma

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Lee; parents, Batiste "Son" 
Lyons and Sophia Aitkens Lyons Washington; and one brother, Curtis Lyons Sr.

She was a member of the Church of Christ in Oakland, Calif.

Sunset View Mortuary in El Cerrito, Calif., is in charge of arrangements.
