Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church in Gibson. Funeral services will be at noon Saturday at the church, with burial in Southdown Cemetery in Houma. He is survived by two sons, ElRay Baker (Debra) of Houma, and Terry Baker (Natinda) of Las Vegas, Nev.; two stepdaughters, Shen Johnson (Keith) and Nicole Allen of Houma; three sisters, Helen Lewis Harris of Houma, Dorothy Harding (Earl) of New Orleans, and Doretha Nixon (Daniel) of New Orleans; and four brothers, Earl Lewis of Atlanta, Ga., Willard Lewis (Louise) of Marion, S.C., Sam Lewis of Houma, and Edward Lewis of Blair Glade, Fla. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Allen Lewis; his mother, Helena Sears Lewis; his father, Samuel Lewis Sr.; and six brothers, Robert "Bob", Samuel Jr., Alvin, Joseph, Samuel "Sambo" and James Lewis Sr. Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Napoleonville is in charge of arrangements. ======================
