Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at St. Louis Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in St. Louis Catholic Church cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Earon J. Poincot; sons, Donald Poincot and wife, Deborah, and Lloyd Poincot and wife, Belen; daughters, Judy Accardo of Gramercy, and Joan Plaisance and husband, Gary; grandchildren, Linda, Jeffery, Jerry, Lloyd Jr., Randall, Michelle, Shane, Angelle, Gary Jr., Jennifer and Taylor; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick Lirette and Lydia Bergeron Lirette; brothers, Norris and Nelson Lirette; sisters, Ernestine Poincot and husband, Clarence and Lillian Porche; and one son-in-law, Jules Accardo. She was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies Altar Society there. She was a member of the Bayou Blue Garden Club. She graduated from Terrebonne High School as valedictorian in 1940. She was also known as the painted pumpkin lady. Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. ======================
