Elvina "To-To" Reed Randall, a native of Raceland and resident of New Orleans, 
died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Second Free Mission Baptist 
Church in New Orleans.

She is survived by three sons, Hernell Jr., Ricky Reed and Arthur Calvin; two 
daughters, Sheryl Martin and Tina Harvey; two sisters, Mary Park and Alice 
Celestine; and one brother, Samuel Brown.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hernell Reed Sr.; mother, Cora B. 
Hawkins, father, Earl Randall; grandparents, Mack and Elvina Brown; and a 
daughter, Pamela Reed.

Majestic Funeral Home in New Orleans is in charge of arrangements.
