Howard Gerard Redmond, 45, a native and resident of Houma, died Sunday, Dec. 
30, 2012.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Community Funeral 
Home. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with 

burial in Southdown Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Joan Redmond; his parents, Albert and Zeovie 
Redmond; son, Jordan Dewayne Redmond; daughter, Jessica Legendre; brothers, 
Darnell Bonvillain and Taj Turner; sisters, Cynthia Nelson and Karen Redmond; 
and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Lynn Jean Washington.

He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

Community Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
