RICHARD, JOYCELINE (HIMEL) 

Joyceline Himel Richard, 88, a native and resident of Labadieville, passed away 
at 3:07 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013.

Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at St. Philomena 
Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the 
church, 

with burial in St. Philomena Catholic Church cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Sonjia R. Berthelot and husband, Lester Jr.; 
five grandchildren, Meredith Clifton, Tonya Dupuis, Heath Richard, Abbey 
Richard and Jarrod Richard; five great-grandchildren, Brady Clifton, Hailey 
Bergeron, Bailey Richard, Harley Richard and Emma Richard; and daughter-in-law, 
Elaine R. Richard.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clay P. Richard; her parents, Sidney 
and Una Lassingne Himel; son Bruce Richard; grandson, Bart Richard; and sister, 
Marian Himel Pitre.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
