Donald Joseph Scott, 67, a native and resident of Houma, died at 3:22 a.m. 
Monday, Jan. 21, 2013.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home. Visitation 
will also be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at the funeral home. 
Liturgy of the Word will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Barbara Pellegrin Scott; daughters, 
Deborah Scott, Mary Scott Wilson, Katie Scott Dupre and Sherry Foret; sons, 
Joshua Scott, Drake Foret and Donald Foret; many grandchildren; many great-
grandchildren; brothers, Thaddeus Scott Jr., Herbert Scott, Ronnie Scott and 
Cedric Scott Sr.; and sister, Catherine Breaux.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thaddeus Scott and Ezelle Pellegrin 
Scott; and sisters, Cora-Bell Scott and Annie Lee Pellegrin.

He was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.
He was a loving husband and father.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
