Memorial services was held on January 29 at 11 a.m. at Falgout Funeral Home in 
Lockport for Jerry L. Thompson, Sr., 72, a resident of Lockport and native of 
Brookhaven, MS, who died on January 27, 2013 at 3:30 p.m.

Visitation was from 9 a.m. till 11 a.m. at Falgout Funeral Home on Tuesday, 
January 29 with services followed at the funeral home. 

Burial was in the Holy Savior Cemetery in Lockport.

He is survived by wife, Shirley Boudreaux Thompson; son, Jerry “Bubba” 
Thompson, Jr.; daughters, Kim Gautreaux and husband Charles, Michele Ann 
Aldridge, Nicole Chauvin and husband John, Sr, and Brandy Thompson; 
grandchildren, Autumn Danos, Zackeriah Otwell, Dessirae Thompson, Jessica 
Aldridge, John Chauvin Jr., Kerri Chauvin, Kia Thompson, Jolie’ Boles, Layne 
Barnett; great grandchildren, Dylan Thompson, Sarabeth Terrebonne, Mykala 
Guidry, Malorie Terrebonne, Loney Guidry Jr., Olivia Otwell, Isiah Kidd, 
Kennedy Otwell; sister, Loretta Thompson Waguespack.

He was preceded in death by parents, Crawford and Dollena Thompson; son in law, 
Gary Wayne Aldridge; brothers, Harry and Harold Thompson; and sister, Mildred 
Thompson.
