Chester Aubert, Sr., 65, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, 
died at 9:13 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 at Terrebonne General Medical Center.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday, February 13, 2013 
at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Gibson. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. 
Wednesday at the church, 

with burial in the church cemetery.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Brenda Bellizana Aubert; one son, 
Chester Aubert Jr. of Roy, Utah; two brothers, John (Betty) Aubert Jr. and Earl 
(Dorothy) Aubert, both of Houma; three sisters, Rosa (Henry) Harris of Houma, 
Dorothy (Virgil) Manning of Allen, Texas, and Mary Mchan of Los Angeles, 
Calif.; three grandchildren, Aliyah, Alexia, and D'andre Aubert; two brothers-
n-law, Charles Bellizana and Jake Cheavis, both of Gibson; eight sisters-n-law, 
Eula (the Rev. James, Sr.) Allen, Margaret (Frederick) Clark and Wavernell 
(Walter) Belcher of Houma, Wilma (James) Hawkins of Colorado Springs, Colo., 
Carolyn (Jerry) McGill and Janet Ruffin of Gibson, Carmen Bolden of Harvey, and 
Joyce Bellizana of Houston, Texas; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Chester was preceded in death by his parents, John Aubert Sr. and Millie 
Townsend Aubert.

He was a retired employee of Kelt Oil and Gas Company of Torrence, Calif., and 
a 1966 Southdown High School alumnus.

Jones Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
