Teresa Reynolds Babin, 52, a native of Clovis, N.M., and resident of Houma, 
died at 7:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 18, 2013.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home. Visitation 
will also be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at the funeral home. The 
Liturgy of the Word will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with 

burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.

She is survived by her parents, John Louis Reynolds and Linda Reynolds; 
daughters, Lenee Terese Babin and fiance, Samuel Pugh Jr. and Breanna Elizabeth 
Babin; her dear friend and father of her children, Eugene Joseph Babin Jr.; 
stepson, Brad Babin; mother-in-law, Jewell Babin; brothers, Kerry Glen Reynolds 
and Brian Dale Reynolds and wife, Robin; sister, Debbie Reynolds Brashear; 
grandchildren, Isabella Naquin, Lillian Naquin and Keiron Pugh; godchild, Beau 
Conner; daughter-in-law, Jessica Naquin; godmothers, Mattie Cole and Luby 
Grinball and husband, Leonard Grinball; grandmother, Mabel D. Reynolds; and 
many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John J. Reynolds and Clinton and 
Ruby Dauzat; her beloved son, Brandon Ray Naquin; granddaughter, Ava Marie 
Naquin; aunt, Etheal Reynolds; niece, Brittany Lynne Reynolds; and father-in-
law, Eugene Joseph Babin Sr.

She was a member of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church and a Pay Day 
Loans manager.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
