Jeffry Chauppette, 24, a native of Buras and resident of Houma, died Tuesday, 
Feb. 26, 2013.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at Samart Funeral Home in Houma. 
Visitation will also be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at the funeral 
home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, 

with burial in Rogers Cemetery in Houma.

He is survived by his daughter, Destinee Renee Chauppette; mother, Michelle 
Chauppette and companion, David Young; father, Ricky Chauppette and companion, 
Bonnie Boudwin; sister, Nicole Chauppette and companion, Julius Casbon; 
brother, Ryan Chauppette and companion, Alexandra Fitch; grandparents, Joyce 
and Harvey Bergeron, and Rose Brocato; nieces and nephews, Ashton, Julius, and 
Macee Casbon.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Chauppette.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He loved spending time with his 
entire family, but especially with his daughter, Destinee.

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
