Gayle Chisley, 60, a native and resident of Raceland, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 
2013.

Visitation will from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Mt. Zion Baptist 
Church in Raceland. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, 

with burial in Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery in Raceland.

She is survived by two sons, Therrin and Darrel Chisley; two daughters, Tonya 
and Damian Chisley; two brothers, Warren Jr. and John Chisley; six sisters, 
Sedonia Smith, Gloria Joseph, Delores Wyatt, Carolyn Chisley, Tiny Bradley, and 
Beverly Chisley; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Warren Sr. and Edna Chisley; brother 
Charlie Chisley; and sister Mary Gray.

She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
