Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2013/f1302.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Lera "Lee Ray" Louis Deroche, 85, a native of Larose and resident of Houma, passed away at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home. Visitation will also be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. Louis Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in St. Louis Catholic Church cemetery. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ruth Luke Deroche; three sons, Kenneth and wife, Kathy, Jerry and wife, Odile, and Daniel and wife, Annette Deroche; two daughters, Tina Preston and Mary Ellen and husband, Mark Naquin; 14 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gustave and Adelaide LeBoeuf Deroche; one brother, Rufus Deroche; and three sisters, Alice LeBlanc, Cecile St.Amant and Eula Mae Rodrigue. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran. The family would like to thank Journey Hospice for the wonderful care they gave, especially Beverly Triggs, Allison Plaisance, Cara Chambers and the Rev. Wilmer Todd. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bayou Blue Senior Citizens Center. Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. ======================
