Richard W. Faehse, 57, a native of Fort Dix, N.J., and resident of Brandon, 
Fla., died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013.

Burial was in Florida National Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Sonja Faehse; sons, Michael (Kristina) Faehse and 
Ian Faehse; daughter, Anja Faehse; brother, John Faehse; sisters, Renata F. 
LeBoeuf and Elizabeth F. Adams of Houma; one grandson; and a number of nieces 
and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert W. and Giovanna Lusnig Faehse.

He was a retired major in the U.S. Air Force.

Serenity Meadows Funeral Home in Riverview, Fla., is in charge of arrangements.
