Eunice Prejeant Gauthreaux, 83, a native and resident of Labadieville, died at 
11:15 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. Philomena 
Catholic church in Labadieville. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 1 p.m. 
Monday at the church, 

with burial in St. Philomena Catholic church cemetery in Labadieville.

She is survived by her sons, Michael J. (Dodie) Gauthreaux, and Kenneth J. 
(Cory) Gauthreaux; daughters, Susan Gauthreaux Bolotte and Carolyn G. (Tim) 
Martinez; brothers, Chester and Lester Prejeant; sisters, Dorothy Naquin and 
Eula Prejeant; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alcide "June" Gauthreaux Jr.; 
parents, Prosper and Alice Prejeant; grandson, Kirt Gauthreaux; brothers, 
Jessie and Nolan Prejeant; and sisters, Doris Boudreaux, Beulah Guillot and 
Enola Thibodeaux.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
