Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Thibodaux Funeral Home in Thibodaux. Visitation will also be from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Friday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Chackbay. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery. He is survived by his parents, Mikes Gilfour Sr. and Barbara Ponvelle Gilfour; brothers, Kirk Gilfour and wife, Erica C. Gilfour, Mikes Gilfour Jr. and Lawrence Gilfour; sisters, Pamela G. Naquin and husband, Lester Naquin III, Marsha Gilfour and Sandra G. Andras; nephews, Andre, Drake, Tommy, Zachary, Kerry, Kory, Kevin and Shane; niece, Tori; and numerous aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lloyd Ponvelle Sr. and Lillian Benoit Ponvelle; and paternal grandparents, Clarence Fremin and Enola Gilfour Fremin.
