Grace Adams Hanks, 61, died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home in 
Crowley. Visitation will also be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at the 
funeral home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 

with burial in Hanks Cemetery North.

She is survived by her husband, Willie J. Hanks II of Baton Rouge; three sons, 
Billy Walker of Knoxville, Tenn., Brian Walker of Sevierville, Tenn., and 
Memphis Scott Atkins of Baton Rouge; two daughters, Evangelina Hanks of 
Houston, Texas, and Holli Danielle Hanks of Columbia, Miss.; six sisters, Dot 
Arceneaux of Houma, Lolita Howell of Houston, Texas, Doris Doss of Venice, 
Helen Sunday of Abbeville, Peggy Lee of Franklinton, and Fay Gaudet of Venice; 
two brothers, Alcide Adams Jr. of Chauvin and Harold Adams of Houma; and seven 
grandchildren, Candiss Walker, Bradley Walker, Christian Cabeiras, Carynn 
Walker, Salina Hanks, Angel Hanks and Joseph Kitchem.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alcide and Delphine Danos Adams.

Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home in Crowley is in charge of arrangements.
