Allen James "Jim" Hebert was born Nov. 12, 1943 in Houma and passed away 
Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013 in Houston, Texas after a long battle with lung cancer.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rayne Memorial United 
Methodist Church in New Orleans.

He is survived by his wife, Martha S. Hebert of Houston, Texas; son, Todd Allen 
Hebert of New Orleans; daughter, Laura Hebert Harden and husband, John, of 
Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Bradley, Grace and Ann Harden; brother, Richard 
C. Hebert and wife, Sharon, of Houston, Texas; and many other loving relatives.

He was preceded in death by his father, Calvin R. Hebert; mother, Velma 
Matherne Hebert; and brother, Calvin R. Hebert Jr.

Claire Brothers Funeral Home in Houston, Texas, is in charge of arrangements.
