Selma Katherine Hebert, 83, a native of Alicia, Ark., and resident of Houma, 
died at 2:49 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013.

Visitation will be from noon until funeral time Saturday at St. Bernadette 
Soubirous Catholic Church. The rosary will be recited at noon Saturday at the 
church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church.

She is survived by her daughter, Zora Delaune Bergeron and husband, Carl J. 
Bergeron, of Morgan City; grandsons, Harrison and Nicholas Bergeron; brother, 
Russel Stanage; and sister, Nina Stanage Smith.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Russel Delaune; second husband, 
Cyrus Hebert; parents, Gilbert Harrison Stanage and Zora Ethel Hughey Stanage; 
sister, Lena Stanage Humbrey; and brothers, Tyler, Earl, Carl, Gil and Ray 
Stanage.

She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church and a member 
of the St. Bernadette Chapter of Catholic Daughters.

She enjoyed painting and was a member of the Terrebonne Art Guild.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
