Clara M. Himel, 71, a native and resident of Labadieville, passed away Friday, 
Feb. 22, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at St. Philomena 
Catholic Church in Labadieville. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Tuesday at the church, 

with burial in St. Philomena Catholic Church cemetery in Labadieville.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Russell "Bucky" Himel Jr.; three 
daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and David Rink Sr., Deborah and Rickey Mollere 
Sr., and Catina and Wade Talbot; five grandchildren, David Rink Jr., Rickey 
Mollere Jr., Garrett Mollere, Kissie Talbot and Krissie Talbot; two great-
grandchildren, Kayden Rink and Mya Mollere; one sister and brother-in-law, Lois 
and Jerry Normand; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Sylvester and Anna Mayet, 
and Lawrence Mayet Jr. and Mable; mother-in-law, Lorna Zeringue; sister-in-law, 
Sandra Himel; and brother-in-law, Morgan Himel.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Mayet Sr. and Eugenie 
LeBlanc Mayet; brother, Johnny Mayet; and sister-in-law, Doris Bonvillian 
Mayet.

Landry's Funeral Home in Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
