She was a native and life-long resident of Choctaw. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at St. James Chapel in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in St. James Chapel cemetery in Thibodaux. She is survived by her children, Geraldine L. LaGraize, Malcolm J. Landry, Lois Ann L. Dugas, Charles Ray Landry, Melinda L. Waguespack, and Melissa L. Rose; siblings Eunice T. Percle, Thelma T. Percle, and Terry T. Becnel; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jaedee J. Landry; mother, Verna O. Tabor; father, Elphege Tabor; brothers, Jessie J. Tabor and John J. Tabor; and one grandchild, Mickey Landry. She loved her family and enjoyed cooking for them. She served her community for many years as a substitute teacher, religion teacher, and custodial keeper with her husband for St. James Chapel. She enjoyed her casino trips and being with friends at the Senior Center. Thanks to all the doctors and nurses who took care of her during her brief stay at the hospital.
