Betty Rivet Ledet, 69, a native of Gheens and resident of Raceland, died 
Friday, Feb. 8, 2013.

Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport. 
Visitation will also be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Monday at the funeral 
home. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Savior 
Catholic Church in Lockport, 

with burial in Holy Savior Catholic Church cemetery in Lockport.

She is survived by her sons, Houston Jr., Terry, Randy, Malcolm, and Craig 
Ledet; brother, Anidas Rivet; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Houston Ledet Sr.; son, Danny Ledet; 
parents, Alexandria and Felicia Tastet Rivet; grandson, Chad Ledet; brothers, 
Raymond, Gilbert, Alex, Sylvest, Junius and Edward Rivet; sisters, Mildred 
Bergeron, Dorothy Sanchez, Leota Bergeron, Theresa Verdun and Shirley Truxillo.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
