Elsie Hotard Loupe, 73, a native and resident of Kraemer, died at 2:26 a.m. 
Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at St. Lawrence the 
Martyr Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m Wednesday 
at the church, 

with burial in St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Nolan Loupe, Wesley (Norma) Loupe and Lloyd (Diana 
Tregre) Loupe; brother, Morris (Sandra) Hotard; sister, Darlene Hotard (Kevin) 
Naquin; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin "Pinky" Loupe; parents, Nolan 
and Adeline "Neen" Hotard; and son, Manuel "Big E" Loupe.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
