Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 9:30 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, C. John Arceneaux; daughters, Robbie Arceneaux Falgout and husband, David, Amie Arceneaux Morgan and husband, Buddy, Clysse Arceneaux Favret and husband, Mark, and Janine Arceneaux Jackson and husband, Randy; grandchildren, David "Joe" Falgout II, Addie Dean, Jennifer Dean Billiot, Tommy Morgan Jr., Heather Morgan, Natalie Dean Campbell, Chelsie Dean Domangue, Bridgette Payne, Derek Favret, Jordan Favret, Brittany Jackson, Jared Jackson and Lane Jackson; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Owen Paul Champagne and Adeline Marie Trahan Champagne; and sister, Merita Ann Champagne Toups. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, the "THS Lunch Bunch," the Bosom Buddies and a 13-year survivor of breast cancer. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and her potted plants. She had a great love of nature and a special fondness for butterflies. She also loved family gatherings, genealogy, reading and riding on long trips. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. ======================
