Richard Daniel Colwort, 73, a native and resident of Houma, died Monday, March 
4, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church in Montegut. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Saturday at the church, 

with burial in Sacred Heart Catholic Church cemetery in Montegut.

He is survived by his mother, Beatrice Robichaux Colwort; and brothers, Ronald 
James and James Huel Colwort Jr.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Huel Colwort Sr.

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
