Joan Crochet, 80, a native of Cheyenne, Wyo., and resident of Thibodaux, died 
Thursday, March 7, 2013.

A private funeral service will be held in Wyoming.

She is survived by her daughters, Terie Roger and husband, Larry Jr., and Julie 
Hebert and husband, Mark; grandchildren, Cherish Tenney, Beth Leckelt, Samantha 
Mares, Mallorie Shields and Beau Roger; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Lillian Teeters; sons, 
Richard and Charles Almond; brother, Charles Edward Teeters Jr.; and sister, 
Charlotte Teeters.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Susan 
G. Komen Foundation .

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
