Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until funeral time at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church cemetery. She is survived by her son, David "Butch" Henry and wife, Gay, of Houma; daughters, Patricia Henry Chauvin and husband, Danny, of Houma, Geraldine "Tootie" Henry, of Pasadena, Texas, and Mary Ellen Henry, of Houma; grandchildren, Linda Chauvin, Joey Chauvin and wife, Nancy, Christie Bonvillain and husband, Jamie, Henry Rogers, Celina Rogers, Wes Henry and wife, Jennifer, Haley Henry, Gary Henry and Donna Gibson; great-grandchildren, Jonathan Fanguy and wife, Ashley, Jake Fanguy, Brandon Authement, Kurt Chauvin, Dylan Chauvin, Jamie Ray Bonvillain, Madyson Bonvillain, Jalen Mosely, Alyssa Mosely, Olivia Henry, Logan Henry, Carissa Henry, Kailey Henry, Cole Henry, LeeAnn Gibson and Ernest Gibson; great-great-grandchildren, Lexi Fanguy, Conner Fanguy and Brydon Dufrene. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delvin J. Henry; parents, Eddie Guidry and Olivia Bourg Guidry; brother, Raymond Guidry; and sisters, Vivian Guidry LeBlanc, Edith Guidry Cunningham and Iris Guidry Pizzolatto. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Rita loved her family, and she will be greatly missed by them. She was a homemaker, a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great- great-grandmother. She was also a loving baby sitter to all of her "extended children." She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society, Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary and a past member of the Catholic Daughters of America.
