Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2013/f1303.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Eve Rodriguez Miguez, 96, a native of Raceland, and resident of New Iberia, passed away, at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2013. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at David Funeral Home in New Iberia. The Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church in New Iberia, with the Rev. Charles Langlois officiating. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery. She is survived by her children, Ann Miguez Segura and husband, Mark, of New Iberia, John Miguez and wife, Betsy, of Lafayette, Steven Miguez and wife, Glenda, of Loreauville, Eugene Miguez and wife, Jennifer of St. Martinville, James Miguez of Lafayette, and Kenneth Miguez of New Iberia; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Miguez; parents, Avis Gustave and Josephine Theriot Miguez; daughters, Lillie Miguez and Jane Miguez; son, Bennett Miguez; sisters, Eunice Arcement and Pearl Rodriguez; and brothers, Junius and Dewey Rodriguez. Pallbearers will be John, Steven, Eugene, James and Kenneth Miguez and Mark Segura. She was a secretary for many years at Union National Life Insurance Company. She was a parishioner and lector at St. Peter's Catholic Church and was a member of the Lay Carmalites of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Community. David Funeral Home in New Iberia is in charge of arrangements. ======================
