Adam "Peanut" Morgan Jr., 55, a native of Morgan City and resident of Larose, 
died Monday, March 4, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Samart-Mothe 
Funeral Home in Cut Off. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the 
funeral home, 

with a private burial at a later date.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Clara Crochet Morgan; his first wife, 
Donna Billiot; sons, Adam Morgan III, Charles "Moose" Morgan and Robert 
(Christine) Dupre; daughters, Jessica (Vincent) Kiger, Janel (Jade) Vegas, and 
Doddie (Mark) Cheramie; brothers, Larry Morgan Sr., Phillip Plaisance III, and 
Sterling (Shannon) Plaisance; sisters, Vallie (Johnny) Green, Patricia Hayes, 
Eunice Plaisance, Essie Plaisance, Sharon Plaisance and Karen Plaisance; 12 
grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Adam Morgan Sr. and Jerryleen "Pat" 
Plaisance; and sisters, Belinda Plaisance, Joy Plaisance and Linda Rogers.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
