Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galliano, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano. She is survived by sons, Anthony Ellis Savoie and wife, Susan, and Nicki Paul Savoie and wife, Lisa; brothers, Ray Eymard; sisters, Barbara Berthelot and Sue Galjour; grandchildren, Sandra Wright, Dr. Christian Savoie, Dr. Stephanie Taunton, Suzette Savoie, Antoinette Savoie, Mitchell Savoie, Matthew Savoie and Madeline Savoie; and one great-grandchild, Laney Taunton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ames Joseph Savoie; parents, Loveless and Georgina Danos Eymard; and one sister, Helen Martin. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a member of the St. Joseph Ladies Altar Society. She was the first librarian at the Galliano Branch of the Lafourche Parish Library, where she is fondly remembered as Mrs. Betty. She was an avid bowler. Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements. ======================
