Emil Taug Jr., 66, a native of Sitka, Alaska, and resident of Houma, died 
Monday, March 25, 2013.

No services are scheduled at this time.

He is survived by his spouse, Boonruan "Oye" Taug; son, Adam Taug; daughters, 
Gina Taug and Tammy Taug; four grandchildren, Nykima James, Khalimah Mark, 
Evelyn Taug and Shaun Quinn.

He was a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War.

He enjoyed fishing and cooking for Bayou Towers.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
