Amanda Faye Brooks Cole, 41, a native of Thibodaux, and resident of Gretna, 
died Sunday, April 7, 2013.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday at Williams and Southall Funeral 
Home in Thibodaux and from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Moses Baptist 
Church in Thibodaux. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Moses Baptist Church cemetery in Thibodaux.

She is survived by her parents, Cordeal Campbell, of Thibodaux, and Aaron Dark, 
of Houma; sons, Lamark Bowens, of Gretna, and Qwon Cole, of Vacherie; 
daughters, India Bowens and Camery Cole, both of Gretna; sisters, Kirsten 
Brooks, of Detroit, Mich., Cadeal Peace and Ayana Campbell, of Dallas, Texas. 
and Skylah Hutchinson, of Thibodaux; brothers, Casey Brooks, of Thibodaux, 
Terrence Brooks, Aaron Dark Jr., Preston and Derrick Dark, all of Houma, and 
Cedric Dark, of New York; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Ty Hutchinson.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
