Dimple Maryland Commodore, 81, a native of Terrebonne Parish, and resident of 
Houma, died Wednesday, April 10, 2013.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Jones Funeral Home in Houma, and 
9 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Funeral services 
will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, 

with burial in Mt. Zion Baptist Church cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Elisha Jr. (Valerie), Edgar Lee (Patricia), and 
Gralin (Marcia) Commodore; and daughters, Roslyn Commodore and Melissa 
(Rodrick) Bolden.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elisha Commodore Sr.; son, Randy 
Commodore; and parents, Edward and Harriet Johnson Maryland.

Jones Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
