George J. Delatte Sr., a native and resident of Larose, died at 9:10 a.m. 
Wednesday, April 24, 2013.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Holy Rosary 
Catholic Church in Larose. A Mass of Christian burial will be at noon Monday at 
the church, 

with burial in Holy Rosary Catholic Church cemetery in Larose.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine Dubois Delatte; sons, Kevin (Linda) 
Delatte and Corey (Laci) Delatte; daughter, Monica Pierce and husband, Adam; 
brothers, Daniel and Tommy Delatte; sister, Darlene Tastet; eight 
grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his son, George J. Delatte Jr.; parents, Cleore 
Delatte Sr. and Blanche Boudreaux Delatte; brother, Cleore Delatte Jr.; and 
sister Maryann Orgeron.

Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
