Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2013/f1304.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Alice Keller Ellis, 91, a native of St. John, former resident of Thibodaux, and longtime resident of Millsboro, Del., died Friday, April 5, 2013. A Mass of Christian burial was Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Georgetown, Del. Burial with military honors followed the Mass at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro, Del. She is survived by her two daughters, Susan McNatt and husband, Jerry, and Sharon Montague, all of Millsboro, Del.; two granddaughters and three great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Gordon Ellis; parents, Andrew and Adeline Schexnayder Keller; brother, Edward L. Keller; and sisters, Margaret Keller Naquin and Doris Keller Long. Prior to moving to Millsboro, Del., Alice grew up in Louisiana and cherished her Southern heritage and family. She served honorably in the Women's Army Corps (WACS) during World War II. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to Home of the Brave Foundation, Women Warriors Reintegration Program, 6632 Sharps Road, Milford, Del. 19963. Parsell Funeral Home in Lewes, Del., was in charge of arrangements. ======================
