Alton "Jabo" Ezell, 68, a native of Baxterville, Miss., and resident of Houma, 
died Sunday, April 7, 2013.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Friday at Samart Funeral Home 
in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, 

with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Diana Clement Ezell; children, Vickie (Bryant) 
Marcel, Terry Ezell and Kevin (Missie) Ezell; brother, Ed Bryant; sisters, Judy 
Beach, Katherine Lee and Brenda Davis; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Maggie Ezell Bryant; son, Brian Ezell; 
brother, Shorty Ezell; and one grandchild, Mitchell Dufrene.

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
